At the core of the Mind Your Business™ program is Tracy Dumas’s mindset shift strategy — a practical approach designed to help participants move beyond fear, self-doubt, and survival thinking into confidence, clarity, and action.
Many aspiring entrepreneurs and emerging leaders do not fail because they lack talent. They struggle because they have never been given the tools to think differently about their value, their purpose, their finances, and their ability to build something of their own.
Tracy’s approach helps participants identify limiting beliefs, break unhealthy cycles, and develop the confidence needed to make stronger personal, financial, and business decisions.

From Trauma to Triumph: A Journey of Faith, Healing & Restoration
Through authentic storytelling and faith-centered encouragement, Tracy Dumas shares her personal journey of overcoming adversity, rediscovering her strength, and embracing God's purpose for her life.
Designed for women's conferences, church gatherings, retreats, and empowerment events, this inspiring presentation encourages women to release the weight of their past, reclaim their identity, renew their faith, and move forward with hope and confidence.
Your past may be part of your story, but it does not have the final word over your future.

A Youth Empowerment & Resilience Workshop Series
This empowering and interactive program inspires young people to recognize that their past experiences and present circumstances do not define their future. Through real-life storytelling, education on Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs), and engaging activities, participants explore healing, personal growth, resilience, self-worth, and overcoming life's challenges. The program encourages youth to discover their purpose, build confidence, make positive choices, and create a vision for a brighter future.
Heal. Grow. Discover. Rise.

Family First: Beyond the Case File
Beyond the Policies. Beyond the Bias. Seeing the Family.
An engaging and thought-provoking professional training that explores how historical welfare policies, including the Man in the House Rule, racial disparities, and systemic biases have shaped the experiences of Black families and influenced child welfare practices.
Through historical education, lived experience, and meaningful discussion, participants examine poverty versus neglect, the impact of family surveillance, and the importance of recognizing families beyond their case files.
This training challenges professionals to rethink traditional approaches, honor the voices of those with lived experience, and promote more equitable, compassionate, and family-centered practices.
